Overview

Kusuma Academy supports individuals and organizations through training, consulting, research, mentoring, and empowerment. Its digital presence needed to explain those capabilities clearly while serving public visitors, participants, and the internal content team.

Business challenge

What was getting in the way.

The previous website needed a more coherent information structure, a consistent responsive presentation, and a maintainable way to publish programs and content without losing the organization’s existing identity and article history.

What I delivered

Turning the process into a usable system.

  • Translated the organization’s identity and five service capabilities into a clearer information architecture and responsive public experience.
  • Built public journeys for services, courses, company information, articles, contact, and participant access.
  • Created administration tools for courses, articles, site settings, visual assets, team members, partners, enrollments, and learning materials.
  • Migrated six existing articles and preserved legacy paths through permanent redirects, canonical metadata, and a dynamic sitemap.
  • Implemented member accounts, Google sign-in, course enrollment, a learning dashboard, private materials, and privacy-friendly first-party traffic reporting.
How the service works

A simple view of people, process, and information.

01Public visitors
02Courses + insights
03Member learning
04Content team
05Analytics + SEO

This simplified view only shows verified parts of the service. Confidential access, infrastructure details, and operational data are intentionally omitted.

Key delivery decision
Challenge

The revamp needed to modernize the public experience and add learning features while preserving established content, URLs, brand identity, and clear boundaries between visitors, members, and administrators.

Response

I kept public discovery pages server-rendered and search-friendly, then provided focused member and administration interfaces on top of the same application and content model.

What the system enables
  • Five-capability service presentation
  • Course catalog and member learning area
  • Editable content and site settings
  • Legacy article migration and redirects
  • Private participant resources
  • First-party traffic reporting
Business outcome

What changed for the people using it.

  • Delivered the redesigned production platform at kusumaacademy.com.
  • Gave visitors clearer paths from the organization’s capabilities to courses, articles, contact, and participant access.
  • Enabled the internal team to manage programs, editorial content, people, partners, and visual assets without changing page code.
  • Preserved existing editorial content and legacy search paths while creating a maintainable foundation for future programs.
